Application and Dosage

The exact application and dosage of the lubricant is controlled by the electronic control unit with four independent channels.

Two different programs can be selected per channel:

1. Impulse-Program

The points to be lubricated on the chain are registered and numerically captured by a sensor. The lubricant is dispensed in the optimum dose and directly applied onto the point of lubrication.

2. Timer-Program

The lubrication is realized by means of a time controlled program. The control unit records the chain course, during a fixed time the electronical valves open and dose the lubricant.

During a programmed time the chain then runs without relubrication.

Extension

The system can be extended by additional control units. Therefore, other conveyors can be connected to the system.
