Chains/Open Gears

After surpassing the last printing unit, the paper sheets must be transported to the paper stack, which is aligned to the paper stack height of the incoming paper by means of chain drives/delivery chains. Gear drives and chain links are thus exposed to high loads as well as fine paper dust and powder deposits, which build up on the metal surfaces. In the long run, without appropriate lubrication, this combination results in high wear and tribo-corrosion at the contact surfaces. The LUBCON adhesive and extremely oxidation-resistant chain lubricants form a very load-resistant lubricant film on the metal surface and dissolve deposit formations easily due to their high cleaning effect. They offer a good lubricity, over a long period and enable a trouble-free and smooth transport of the paper sheets as well as precise paper stacking.

Wheel delivery chain/delivery chain/cams and toothed gears/gears

Turmofluid 4800

Adhesive high-temperature oil based on highly refined mineral oils, polymers and additives for excellent corrosion protection and three times longer chain service-life.

Turmosynth VG 4800

Highly viscose, InS/H1 certified lubricant, white oil based, for the chain, toothed gear and cam lubrication in food packaging. The oil is extremely adhesive and offers a high lubricant-film load capacity for best oxidation and temperature stability.

Carriage chain delivery

Turmofluid GV 460

Highly viscose, fully synthetic lubricant with good adhesion and wear properties, suitable for the lubrication of gears, worm gears, control and conveyor chains as well as linear guides.

Turmosynthoil GV 460

Synthetic, NSF/H1 certified special oil with good temperature stability and high load carrying capacity for the application in printing presses.
