Slitter Scorer

To enable e.g. the further processing of cardboard boxes, the slitter/scorer subsequently cuts and scores corrugated board into the right shape by means of orthogonal cutting. Precision as well as quick positioning of slitter/scorer and cutting discs at high production speeds are high priority. However, paper is extremely abrasive and in combination with starch it generates a chemically aggressive layer on the cutting discs and blades. The starch and fibre deposits lead to an uneven cut if this layer is not removed. This results in premature blade replacements and long maintenance-related downtime. Wet lubricated blades (with cutting oils such as Turmocut SR15) enable cutting even through highly adhesive material and efficiently prevent any starch and paper fibre deposits. The knives maintain their sharpness significantly longer, ensuring smooth cuts, reduced friction, preventing material from being burned, sub-standard or damaged. LUBCON wear and corrosion protecting lubricants are particularly tailored to slitter scorer demands in the corrugated industry and enable high reliability at low lubricant consumption.

Turmogrease Li 802 EP

Universal long-life grease with Li soap thickener, combined with special additives, providing very good operating characteristics and high efficiency at different requirements. The high-performance grease is developed for the lubrication of roller and journal bearings subject to high temperatures, loads and speeds. It is extremely load and age-resistant and provides good corrosion protection for all friction points in corrugating machines.

Turmosynthgrease ALN 1003

NSF/H1 certified special grease with high corrosion and wear protection for the lubrication of all friction points in corrugated board processing. It features high lubricity and offers a long service life across a broad temperature range. The aluminium complex soap can be utilised in corrugators as a H1 alternative for lubrication of journal and roller bearings, festoon carriage rolls, pressure belt tension, transfer and doctor rolls, guide rolls and splicer rolls, slewing and drive shafts as well as for the lubrication of chain drives and pivot shaft gears.

Chains

Turmofluid 40 B - 400 ml aerosol

Extremely temperature resistant chain and gear oil. It is a synthetic lubricating oil for open drives, chains and gears. It does not carbonise, embrittle, build layers or polymerise and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of open wire ropes, guideways, leaf springs and toothed racks.

Grizzlygrease No. 1 - 500 ml aerosol

Lithium/calcium complex grease with excellent wear protection for heavily loaded open gears. The solid-free, high-performance grease is high-temperature and radiation resistant and suitable across a wide application range in the corrugated industry.

Turmosynth VG 4800 - 500 ml aerosol

Colourless, highly viscose, adhesive, white oil based lubricant with high pressure stability and permanent protection against wear and corrosion. The InS/H1 certified multi-purpose lubricant can be used across a wide temperature range, does not generate solid deposits and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of chains, toothed racks, pivot drives and open gears in corrugators.

Cutting discs

Turmocut SR 15

InS/H1 registered lubricating oil based on high-purity hydrocarbons (close boiling protection). It is a combination of base oil and additives which can be used in the food processing industry. It has very good surface wetting properties, shows excellent lubrication characteristics, dissolves starch and thus keeps the knives clean and sharp and prolongs the life with less maintenance.

Linear guides/Drive and guide shafts/Multi-wedges/Spindles

Turmofluid ED 13 - 400 ml aerosol

Synthetic, silicone-free high performance oil with excellent spreading effect and good creeping properties. The oil guarantees optimum lubricity and good corrosion protection due to its water repelling effect and the high metal affinity. The oil is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of linear guides, ball screws, shafts and other machine components. Temperature range -45 °C up to 150 °C.

Turmofluid LMI 300

Synthetic, high performance oil with NSF/H1 certification and markedly good release strength. It has high oxidation-stability, offers excellent protection against wear and corrosion and is suitable for the lubrication of corrugator linear guides, ball screws, drive shafts etc. Due to the low surface tension the oil offers good wetting and creeping properties.
