Paper Manufacturing/Wet End

The wet end in paper production is subject to high humidity levels and chemical contamination. Water penetration can lead to failure. To prevent water incursion and corrosion components have to be sealed properly. The appropriate lubricant is thus essential and can provide the necessary protection. LUBCON lubricants are successfully utilised in the wet end during paper processing. They feature high corrosion protection, good lubrication film formation, compatibility with elastomers and plastics, multi-metal compatibility as well as good oxidation stability and offer a very good sealing effect.

Calender bearings/Threaded spindles

Turmogrease NM 3

This mineral oil based specialty lubricant features high load carrying capacity and very good wear protection. Due to its good pumpability it is perfectly suitable for bearing lubrication e. g. in the paper industry.

Turmogrease HDC 2

The mineral oil based, calcium-sulphonate complex soap grease features remarkably high water and media resistance. It is particularly suitable for roller and journal bearings or drive and carriage shafts, subject to vibrations as well as shock and pressure loads.

Turmogrease NM 4602

The smooth, universal special grease is suitable for roller and journal bearing lubrication. It can be utilised in temperatures from -20 °C up to 160 °C and features excellent corrosion and wear protection.

Grizzlygrease No. 1

Outstandingly water, media and temperature-resistant lithium/calcium complex-soap based on mineral oils with extreme high load carrying capacity, especially at low speeds and oscillating movements. The mechanically and chemically resistant grease for the lubrication of open gears absorbs vibrations as well as shock and features high protection against wear and tribo-corrosion. It is uniquely adhesive and adheres to the metal surfaces, even when subject to centrifugal loads.

Rotary joints

Turmogrease N 2 PM

The synthetic grease of consistency grade 2 is suitable for long-term and long life lubrication of roller and journal bearings in the wet and dry end e. g. in the paper industry. It is particularly recommended in applications where components are exposed to high temperatures, hot and cold water as well as steam, liquid alkali or acid cleaning agents and their vapours.

Slip surface

Turmolyb MDC - 400 ml aerosol

Inorganic anti-seize lacquer for the dry lubrication of sliding surfaces at high temperatures. The spray leaves a thin, even lubricant film on sliding surfaces covering the entire surface. Stick slip can be thus prevented.

Drive shaft/Carriage shaft

Turmogrease HDC 2

The mineral oil based, calcium-sulphonate complex soap grease features remarkably high water and media resistance. It is particularly suitable for roller and journal bearings or drive and carriage shafts, subject to vibrations as well as shock and pressure loads.

Turmogrease NM 4602

Gears

Turmogearoil PE Series

Synthetic, multiple-alloy gear oils on ester oil base with high thermal stability as well as good wear and corrosion protection. They are suitable for the lubrication of high temperature gears, slide ways and chains in fusing and drying machines as well as bearings in paper and plastic calenders.

Turmogearoil OM Series

High-performance gear oil developed for highly loaded industrial gears. Due to their metal organometallic components they protect against pitting and fatigue. The oxidation resistant base oil in combination with inhibitors enables a long-term lubrication of gears up to 40.000 hours at temperatures up to 80 °C.

Turmopast NBI 2 weiss

The light-coloured lubricating and assembly paste protects successfully against wear and fretting corrosion due to latest solid lubricant additives. It is excellently suitable for the lubrication of sliding guides and shaft-nut-connections.

Turmopast MA 2

Particularly adhesive assembly paste with high protection against tribo-corrosion as well as wear and fretting corrosion. In paper processing, the paste is applicable as bearing grease in electric-motors as well as for the lubrication of sliding guides and shaft-nut-connections.

Boots/Belt adjustment

Turmsilongrease mittel TF

The age-resistant silicone grease has a temperature range between -40 ° and +230 °C. It is thus particularly suitable for the application at high and low ambient temperatures e. g. for the boot or roller/journal bearing lubrication in the paper industry.

Turmsilon K 40

The silicone oil features a low pour point, low pressure dependency of viscosity, good viscosity behaviour, high heat and cold resistance, high compressibility, low vapour pressure and high surface activity. The temperature range is between -50 °C and +250 °C.
