Water fittings - Oil lubrication

Physiologically recognised as safe, inodorous and tasteless lubricating oils which meet the requirements of § 5 of the German food act (LMBG) and the FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. As NSF registered H1-products their contact with foodstuff is admissible.

TURMSILON® K 6000, highly viscous silicon oil for the lubrication of cold and hot water fittings, corresponds to the regulary of WRc and WRAS.

Water fittings - Grease lubrication

Physiologically recognised as safe, inodorous and tasteless lubricating greases which meet the requirements of § 5 of the German food act (LMBG) and the FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. As NSF registered H1-products their contact with foodstuff is admissible.

TURMOGREASE® GA 280 has especially been designed for the lubrication of single-lever mixers and double tap fittings.

TURMSILON® GL 320 is suitable for the lubrication of cold and hot water fittings, ceramic cartridges, O-rings and single-lever mixers. Approved by KIWA, KTW, WRc and WRAS.

TURMSILON® GTI 6001 is suitable for the lubrication of elastomers and ceramic disks in cold and hot water fittings.

Gas fittings - Greases

TURMOGREASE® NAK 500 MF, grease for the lubrication and sealing of gas cocks. Fitting grease for natural and town gas, propane and butane gas. It is resistant to all gases used in a household. DIN lubricant designation: DIN 3536-0-100 G.

TURMOGREASE® SEB 3, special grease to solve special lubrication problems in gas fittings, e. g. in building installations, in gas distributing mains and gas pipelines, in rolling and sliding bearings exposed to extreme service conditions, as lubricating and sealing grease providing extreme resistance to volatile hydrocarbon fuels as well as to car petrol and other hydrocarbons with a low boiling point. It is approved by the DVGW according to DIN 3536-20-120.

TURMOGREASE® GHM 200 plus, grease for the lubrication and optimisation of the sealing effect of gas cocks. Also suitable as fitting grease for natural and town gas, propane and butane gas. The lubricating grease was tested and certified by the DVGW research division at the Engler-Bunte Institute of the University of Karlsruhe. DIN lubricant designation: DIN EN 377, temperature classification E (0 to +160 °C).

Oxygen fittings - Sliding agents

TURMOXYGEN® LCO 29, sliding agent for oxygen fittings in the autogen technology, oxygen lances in the steel processing, oxygen devices in medical areas and for diving stations as well as in rolling and sliding bearings. Tested and approved by the BAM (German institute for material testing), Berlin.

TURMOXYGEN® - line, TURMOTEMP® II/400 OX and TURMOTEMP® M 802, safety oxygen sliding agents for the lubrication of fittings, sealing elements, slideways and packages in contact with oxygen, e. g. oxygen devices, diving stations and diving equipment as well as in rolling and sliding bearings. All points of application have to be cleaned before use by means of a special detergent. The complete lubricating effect is only achieved on clean, fat-free and dry materials. Tested and approved by the BAM (German institute for material testing), Berlin.
