The EasyMatic HD lubrication system series is particularly designed for long term application in wind turbines. The robust and weather resistant lubrication systems prevent under or over-lubrication of bearings and drives and can pump either oil or grease up to NLGI class 2. The improved progressive system and the use of lubricating pinion gears allows a precise lubricant distribution and the lubrication of main bearing, yaw bearing and yaw drive with optimum lubricant quantities. The lubrication systems are available with up to five pump elements, enabling minimum lubricant consumption, reducing operating and maintenance costs and increasing component reliability.
