Pastes are essentially lubricants (oils, thickeners and additives) with a higher content of thickeners and solid lubricants. Turmolyb Series

High-temperature resistant lubricating and assembly pastes based on synthetic oils with molybdenum disulfide additives (MoS2). They feature a low coefficient of friction and are thus suitable for the lubrication of metals with a low tolerance and surface roughness. The pastes are extremely oxidation resistant and prevent wear and fretting corrosion.

Turmopast HTP Series

High-temperature pastes formulated with high viscosity silicone oil and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickeners for the lubrication of low-speed roller bearings. These pastes are extremely adhesive, temperature-resistant up to 260 °C and resistant to media and ageing.

Turmopast MA Series

Synthetic special pastes for the lubrication of roller and journal bearings in extreme application conditions. These pastes with refined EP-additives are extremely pressure-resistant and create a protective lubricating film which is resistant against water and steam as well as alkaline and acids.

Turmopast NBI 2 weiss

Lubricating and assembly paste formulated with mineral base oils, calcium soap and polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) protecting against wear and fretting corrosion. Generally suitable for the lubrication of roller and journal bearings, textile finishing machines, fans and washing machines.

Turmopast TAS Series

Anti-seize assembly and slideway paste for application at high temperatures up to 1200 °C. These assembly pastes offer optimum lubricating and anti-seizing properties even at high surface pressure and are particularly suitable for the lubrication of guideways and hinges as well as for the assembly of pins, links, bushings and similar components.

Lubricating and assembly pastes with a high content of solid lubricants provide excellent lubrication and separating effect, even under extreme temperatures and loads. Due to the excellent media resistance, they establish a water and steam-resistant lubricant film and protect reliably against tribo-corrosion. Pastes are often used for the start-up and running-in lubrication of chucks, joints, journal bearings, pins, bolts and bushings. Also they are used for the assembly and disassembly of bolted connections which are for example difficult to disassemble after high-temperature applications.
