SixMax 130 is a precise lubrication system with six outlets for maintenance-free operation of modern linear guides and ball screws. Due to minimum quantity lubrication it offers an optimum grease supply to the bearings over a time period of up to three years. The automatic lubrication unit prevents over and under-lubrication which can occur with conventional manual lubrication.

Economical

  • Battery driven, no external power needed
  • Long term lubrication of six lubrication points
  • Automatic lubricant supply 24/7
  • Reduced wear and extended bearing service life
  • Easy installation and activation
  • Optimum lubricant supply
  • Combination of premium lubricant and intelligent lubrication device

Robust and reliable

  • Closed zinc die cast housing
  • Completely sealed unit
  • Performs in extreme environmental conditions (dust, water, heat)
  • Installation in any position
  • Resistant to shock and vibration

Lubrication over long periods

  • Individually adjustable operating time
  • Possible operating range up to 36 months
  • Lubrication device for minimum quantities e. g. at 3 years operating time: 7.2 cm3 per year and outlet

The zinc die cast body of the SixMax 130 contains six sealed and unpressurized cartridges filled with 130 cm³ lubricant. Six progressive pistons push the lubricant through six outlets to the lubrication points via PA 12 tubing. The forward motion of the pistons is generated by a geared motor and a spindle drive. The control of this motion as well as the activation and control of the gear motor is governed by a micro processor. A fixed, non-removable lithium battery supplies the electronic circuit and the motor with energy.
